If you fill in our form
We keep what you send us (business name, your name, mobile, email, trade, carrier, hours, the numbers you want skipped and your message) so we can set you up and contact you about it. We'll call you to check the details before anything goes live.
If you called a business that uses us
When a business using Missed Call Mate misses your call, we text you once to ask if it's about a job. If you reply, we pass your answers, photos and any voicemail to that business so they can call you back. That's all we use them for. We don't sell personal information or use it for marketing.
Reply STOP to any of our texts and we won't text you again from any business we work with. Reply START to undo it.
Chats, photos and voicemails are deleted after 90 days. If a business stops using us, we delete their customers' chats too.
Our emails to businesses
We email businesses at work addresses they publish on their own websites, about this service only. Every email says who we are and has an unsubscribe link. We act on unsubscribes straight away, and always within 5 business days.
Seeing or deleting your details
Email hello@missedcallmate.com and we'll tell you what we hold, fix it or delete it.
